摘要: The initial phase to transform a civilian to service man is most difficult for the whole national service period. In terms of military management, it will be critical to find a better train courses or package to enhance the result. In this study, the main purpose is to design a more reasonable and easier train courses and management scheme to replace traditional one. So the trainee can not only receive a better training, but also can reduce the incompatible. It will ultimately make more compulsory soldiers to become career ones. In this study, the failure rates of physical evaluation for different kinds of training are quite notable. The largest difference of failure rates for train courses is almost 2.57 times, which is affected by some factors, such as length of free time, consultation, experience from senior officers and so forth. So this study suggests that we can incorporate more advanced management and training into the daily courses, including leisure activities, physical competition, free time and consultation to reduce the tension caused by the training courses. It can also reduce the possibility of suicide, self injury and melancholia.
