According to Low Birth Rate, the educational problems of New Immigrants children are more important for Taiwan in nowadays. Most educational studies concern elementary and secondary students, but few researchers have explored preschool children. This study tries to promote Language Art learning of New Immigrants children. This proposal is a qualitative research design. Four cases study of kindergarten children will be included. The foci of this study are the problems of New Immigrants children result from kindergarten and home life in Language Art learning. Classroom observation and interview were conducted to collect data for the understanding of children’discourses. The purposes are as follows: 1. To analyze the discourses that produce by children of New Immigrants at kindergarten and their home. 2. To understand the problems of New Immigrants children in Language Art learning at kindergarten and their home. 3. A contrast between the high and low achievement of New Immigrants children with their discourses. 4. To inquire the impacts of culture capitals on children of New Immigrants in Language Art learning.
