The article focuses on a research report on the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Hsinchu Science Park (HSP) in Taiwan. It evaluates the educational background and work experience of these CEOs, who were graduates of leading universities in Taiwan and California, with courses ranging from computer science to electrical engineering. The impact of the educational background and work experience of these CEOs on their company's performance is described. The management implications of the CEOS are also discussed.
