本研究的目的將是結合策略規劃與BSC,以創造組織績效。首先從公司的願景進行策略規劃,研擬成功發展方向,透過BSC 的四個構面、BSC 對策略管理的步驟,及BSC 的實施方法,建立評量指標,構建一整合型績效運作體系。最後以某一醫院為個案說明BSC的應用。
The purpose of this study is to integrate Balanced Scorecard into strategic planning in order to create organization performance. We first start from strategic planning with organization’s vision for success, and then applying BSC to construct management steps and evaluation index to establish an integrated performance operation system. Finally, an empirical study is conducted on management of hospital management.
