    Title: The Study of the Declining Birthrate Impact on Self-Efficacy and Team Cohesion for the Public Senior High School Teachers in Kaohsiung City and Kaohsiung County.

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between
    self-efficacy and team cohesion for the public senior high school teachers .The investigation was based on literary analysis and questionnaire survey. Through purposive sampling, the subjects including 255 teachers from 17 public senior high schools in Kaohsiung city and Kaohsiung County were selected. Among returned questionnaires, 221 copies were valid, with a 86.66% valid percentage. The data obtained by questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA. The following are the study conclusions:
    ?1?The school size makes no significant difference in declining birthrate,self-efficacy, team cohesion .
    ?2?The public senior high school teachers perceive that the declining birthrate has a significant impact on the difficulty of recruiting students and the school size.
    ?3?The medium-sized school staff?s perception of helping the students understanding the career development and further education was deeper than the large-sized school staff?s .
    ?4?The public senior high school teachers perceive that the declining birthrate has a significant impact on the difficulty of recruiting students and the different founding years of schools.
    ?5?Declining birthrate, self-efficacy and team cohesion were positively correlated significantly.
    Recommendations for the practical implications are presented in the final report based on the above findings.
