    Abstract: Entering the 21st century, the competition among organizations is much more drastic so that the type of working changes from self-accomplishment to a team work type. In this challenging environment, whether the supervisor can lead only one or the whole subordinates by using his own power is much more important.This essay use cross-level way to examine the impact of a manager’s positive emotion contagion, including the “emotion inspiration” and “emotion expression”, on the employees’ job involvement and group positive affective tone.With a group questionnaire which can divide into the supervisor questionnaire and the employee questionnaire and the team of insurance as the research sample, it collects a total of 317 valid questionnaires. Among which have the total of 317 manager questionnaires and 1268 employee questionnaires, containing 61 of valid manager questionnaires and 213 of valid employee questionnaires. After statistical analysis, the findings are that: (1) the manager’s positive emotion contagion can make a positive influence on the group positive affective tone , (2) the manager’s positive emotion contagion can make a positive impact on employees’ job involvement, and (3) the group positive affective tone can have a positive effect to the team resilience.
