According to the Statistics Office of the Ministry of the Interior, as of the end of 109, those over 65 accounted for 16.07%. The aging index of the elderly population aged 65 and above compared to the 0-14 year-old population is 127.80, an increase of 7.98 compared to the end of 108. With the rapid growth of the elderly population, social care has become an urgent issue in recent years. At present, Taiwan takes "community care" as its service goal. This study uses the quantitative survey method, adopts the questions of the Google form, and conducts a convenient sampling survey on the students of the social work department of the three universities in the central region. Exploring the views of college students in the social work departments of three universities on middle-aged and elderly homeless people under their basic and family characteristics; Exploring the understanding and correlation of the rights and needs of middle-aged and elderly migrant workers among college students in the social work departments of three universities in the central region; Propose strategies for addressing social care issues for homeless individuals based on research findings.Although the basic and family characteristics of students majoring in social work did not reach a significant level in their perception of the government's responsibility towards vagrants in the model, their willingness to provide long-term services and negative cause cognition towards vagrants reached a significant level. However, the higher the willingness score for long-term services, the higher their understanding of the government's responsibility towards vagrants. Secondly, in the negative cause cognition part of vagrants, the lower their negative cause cognition, The higher their awareness of the government's responsibility towards vagrants, the negative correlation. It shows that the respondents' willingness to engage in long-term care work and their cognition of negative causes have predictive power for the government's cognition of homeless responsibilities. The research suggestions are as follows: 1. Curriculum education of the department and positive promotion of homeless awareness should be promoted. 2. Carry out on-the-job education and publicity for job service providers. 3. For students entering the internship, strengthen human rights education, training, and publicity. 4. Provide self-awareness training for long-term care professionals. 5. Provide self-awareness and empathy training for long-term care providers.
