隨著社會年齡結構逐漸高齡化，台灣也將於2025年內進入超級高齡社會，面對高齡社會所帶來之健康照護需求數量提升，健康照護或特別照護服務運作與機制亦愈趨重要。特別是在有家屬需長期照顧或特別照護的狀況下，無法時時刻刻陪在被照護者身邊，對照護領域或醫療專業知識亦不熟悉等因素造成之健康照護資訊不對等的問題，更有賴照護服務業者提供透明化的服務制度與運作，近年來因應科技發展照護服務的形式與創新也愈趨多元化。本文研究愈透過活動理論(Activity Theory)探討新興照護服務業者—優照護所提供之服務以及針對家屬、照護服務者、專業醫療人員等三方面在使用該平台時，可能產生於活動情境脈絡底下產生之狀況給予分析。 With the aging of the social age structure, Taiwan will also enter the super-aged society in 2025.
