摘要:	隨著社會年齡結構逐漸高齡化，台灣也將於2025年內進入超級高齡社會，面對高齡社會所帶來之健康照護需求數量提升，健康照護或特別照護服務運作與機制亦愈趨重要。特別是在有家屬需長期照顧或特別照護的狀況下，無法時時刻刻陪在被照護者身邊，對照護領域或醫療專業知識亦不熟悉等因素造成之健康照護資訊不對等的問題，更有賴照護服務業者提供透明化的服務制度與運作，近年來因應科技發展照護服務的形式與創新也愈趨多元化。本文研究愈透過活動理論(Activity Theory)探討新興照護服務業者—優照護所提供之服務以及針對家屬、照護服務者、專業醫療人員等三方面在使用該平台時，可能產生於活動情境脈絡底下產生之狀況給予分析。 With the aging of the social age structure, Taiwan will also enter the super-aged society in 2025. Faced with the increase in the number of health care needs brought by the elderly society, the operation and mechanism of health care or special care services are becoming more and more important. Especially in the case of family members who need long-term care or special care, they cannot always be with the person being cared for all the time. It is even more dependent on the problem of unequal health care information caused by factors such as the care field or the unfamiliarity of medical professionals. Care service providers provide transparent service systems and operations. In recent years, the forms and innovations of care services have become more diversified in response to technological developments. This article researches more and more through Activity Theory to explore the services provided by the emerging care service provider-excellent care, and for the three aspects of family members, care providers, and professional medical personnel. When using the platform, it may occur under the context of the activity context. Analysis of conditions.
