This qualitative research explores the cultural dimensions of Indonesia and examines their relationship with females” roles in their family, society, and workplace, and how those females overcome obstacles to determine future career decisions in STEM. This study is configured to learn more about the challenges that Indonesian female students experienced when choosing STEM as their major.
