The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of PDCA combined with the Six He method on the ability of third-grade elementary school students to understand the content of media information. The motivation for the research comes from the researcher's recognition that in the educational scene, the students' ability to understand the content of media information needs to be strengthened. In order to understand how to implement the six methods to understand the content of media information, and to improve the ability of third-grade students in elementary schools, PDCA quality management is adopted to cyclically revise the teaching implementation process. The object of this research is 28 students in the third grade of a primary school in Taichung City where the researcher teaches. The teaching material is Internet news, and the teaching method is the 6W Method,or called 5W1H. The research tools are "Questionnaire for Understanding Media Content in Media Reading" as a pre- and post-test, "Six-Head Method Study Sheet", "Student Feedback Sheet", "Peer Teacher Observation Record Sheet" and "Teacher Reflection Notes" as courses Implemented during and after the course as evidence of quantitative and qualitative data after the teaching. The research results are:1. PDCA combined with the Six-Head method to revise the teaching method for understanding the content of media information suitable for the third graders of elementary school: select materials based on students' interests, first arrange the course on understanding the media, and then conduct the Six-Head method reading online news course. In the Six-Heads Method course, first, the news headlines are used to predict the content; then, individual students read the texts and then the teacher guides them; finally, students discuss the Six-Heads Method analysis of the content and sources of online news in groups.2. Assessing the influence of the third graders' ability to understand the content of media information: the dependent sample t test and descriptive statistics were carried out on the pre- and post-test questionnaires, and it was found that the students' ability had improved; Interesting news topics, the more harmonious the group discussion atmosphere, and the more specific the teacher's guidance, the higher the score.
