目前因新型冠狀病毒影響,導致臺灣的產業及民生經濟均受到影響。政府對於疫情也做出相對應給予產業的紓困,並希望能夠降低視障按摩業受到疫情的衝擊,也為協助視障按摩業跟上數位化轉型與數位應用的延伸,只為符合顧客所需的服務。本研究探討視障按摩業者當中的創新店與傳統店之間的比較,也為了解目前顧客的喜好,並改善視障按摩店,為追求視障按摩店能夠更符合顧客的需求。本研究之研究工具是以個案深度訪談,並運用非結構式訪談來予以強調對於受訪者的訪談問題,並再與受訪個案的資料相互比較,並進行結果分析。本研究認為會選擇視障按摩店的顧客,大多為了按摩服務的項目,並希望解決痠痛與不適,其實能夠留住顧客的才是師傅按摩技術與店內的外在因素環境和設備等因素。 At present, due to the impact of the new coronavirus, Taiwan's industries and people's livelihood economy have been affected.
