The research explores the relationship between job satisfaction and the future anxiety of fresh graduates in the workplace. Moreover, we propose multiple coping styles as the moderating variable to alleviate the negative relationship between job satisfaction and future anxiety. Secondary data analysis was adopted, and the database was from the Ministry of Labor’s “2017 Fresh graduates’ Workplace Anxiety Survey” released by the Survey Research Data Archive (SRDA) of the Academia Sinica in 2019. The survey collected data from job-seeking members who graduated in the past three years on the Taiwan Employment Link website. We selected 719 full-time employees from 1,085 valid respondents. The results showed that the job satisfaction of fresh graduates is negatively related to future anxiety. Furthermore, multiple coping styles have a negative relationship with future anxiety. Finally, coping styles can alleviate the negative relationship between job satisfaction and future anxiety.
