    Abstract: 本研究以臺肥公司臺中廠為研究對象,主要之目的在探討員工的工作-休閒衝突、工作倦怠與幸福感之間的關係,以及驗證社會支持的干擾效果。本研究採便利抽樣方法,進行問卷調查,共取得200份有效問卷。
    研究結果發現:(1)工作-休閒衝突會正向影響工作倦怠。(2)工作倦怠會負向影響幸福感。(3)社會支持會正向影響幸福感。(4)社會支持在工作-休閒衝突與工作倦怠間具有干擾效果。
    The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among work-leisure conflict, job burnout and well-being, as well as examine the interference effect of social support for employees of Taiwan Fertilizer Company Taichung factory. A total of 200 valid questionnaires were obtained through questionnaire survey.
    The study found that work-leisure conflict can positively influence employees’ job burnout first. Secondly, job burnout will negatively influence employees’ well-being. Thirdly, social support can positively influence employees’ well-being. Finally, social support moderating the relationship between work-leisure conflict and job burnout.
