    Abstract: Facing the multiple cultures and speedy development, a lot of people lose their confidence for the teachers’ profession. The teachers, hence need to promote themselves with professional abilities. A way to promote is to accept the professional evaluation.
    The early childhood nurses and teachers are the main characters to educate and care children, They need professional abilities and need to be checked with professional evaluation.. The early childhood
    nurses and teachers to promote their positions in the profession of the early childhood services, they need
    to enhance their professional abilities and to participate the professional evaluation for early childhood nurses and teachers.
    In this study, we find that a lot of the subjects do not understand the definitions and purposes of the the professional evaluation for the early childhood nurses and teachers. However, most of them like to
    have the system to evaluate the early childhood nurses and teachers. They also have the views that every three years, the early childhood nurses and teachers can be evaluated once, and that the evaluation result can be used as a reference foe defining the professional level of the early childhood nurses and teachers.
    Besides, most of the early childhood nurses and teachers have common concensus on the index terms of the professional evaluation.
