Abstract: | As the saying goes, food is the god and the first necessity of people. Agriculture
is not only the ancient economy till now, but also the most fundamental industry of
nation.
The supply chain in whole agriculture cycle, via planting, harvesting, promotion
till the gourmet food in banquet, just conceals kinds of problem and concern such
regarding issues in farmland fallow, pesticide abuse, the organic certification,
self-insufficiency, imperfect production and marketing mechanism and impact on
ecological environment. This study is to research how to innovate, LOHAS business
model in application for organic farm and improve its management as well. The
concept of Organic is rising up in new life in recent years, not only people rethink the
relation between nature and human being, the environment protection and the healthy
diet are thought as new attitude to new life. Therefore, more people keep closer to
nature and advocate the simple life, furthermore, stay intergrowth and co-prosperity
with land.
The study, by usage in business model of Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010),
interviewing with expert and applying LOHAS elements, builds up the LOHAS
management model in organic farm. The type of LOHAS Intellectuality and the one
of LOHAS Sensibility are found out as the management goal of organic farm.
Especially healthy diet, environmental life and social responsibility are three key
scopes in LOHAS Intellectuality while operating the LOHAS agriculture farm. And,
LOHAS Sensibility is furthermore in sustainable development and spiritual growth as
well. |
