This study used UTAUT and TTF to discuss tourists’ behavior intention in action application system from the perspective of tourists. This study used convenient sampling and there were 279 valid questionnaires returned through paper questionnaires. The statistic software SPSS was used to approach descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1 Performance expectation, effort expectation and social influence have positive effect on behavior intention. 2 Perceived interest, technology fitness and perceived usefulness have positive effect on behavior intention.
