    Abstract: The study is to explore the learning effectiveness of junior high school resource classroom students on knowing emotions by using interactive whiteboard (IWB) as media for social skill course. This research was conducted by randomly dividing all the participants into two groups and executed with the quasi-experimental methodology to test the experimental group and the control group. The results were reached by analyses of t-test using SPSS software as well as concluded as bellows. The learning effectiveness for the experimental group is superior to the control group on the attitude and concept of oral health. Moreover, with IWB applied on the learning of knowing emotion, it is helpful for junior high school resource classroom students to enhance the learning motivation and attention.
