Abstract:	近??，因應全球化經濟的??及科技的日益變遷，使得企業原本既有的有限資源，已經無法對企業本身日後所欲推動的全球化佈局有所助益。因此，許多企業都改而採用以外部?源的取得方式，即大多是採用合作的方式以取得所需資源，進而形成各種?同的合作?型。本研究?用「交?成本??」，並從中擷取出「交?專屬投資」、「?確定性」等二大構面，?探討其與企業合作策?關係。在研究以「台灣區?輛同業工會」的汽??組件製造業者為問卷寄發對象，總共回收76份之有效問卷，有效回收??18.5%。本研究發現：在「合作與否」的影響上，「?確定性」構面中的「???確定性」?對合作與否最具區別能?之變?，亦即當關鍵元件供應商的績效之可衡?程?很高時，國內汽??組件製造業者會傾向與之建?合作關係。本研究結果及其建議將作?汽??件產業合作之?考。 For recent years to face the global economics and changing technology, the industry has difficulty to globalize its business by its limited resources. Therefore, many industries use outside resources by different cooperative strategies. This study employs transaction cost theory, including certain trade investment and uncertain trade investment, to explore the cooperative strategies between different industries. The 410 car part factories of the Taiwan Transportation Vehicle Manufacturers Association are surveyed and 76 useful questionnaires are collected. The valid response rate is 18.5 %. The research findings are followings: For Cooperate v. s. not Cooperative, the uncertain behavior of the uncertain trade investment makes big difference. It means the car part factories intent to cooperate while the performance of the key part supplier is good. The research findings and the flowing up suggestions are expected to be good references for the cooperation of the car part factories.
