    Abstract: This study focused on research the impact of Corporate Acquisition on organization structure and innovation with the acquisition of Hsinchu Commercial Bank, Standard Chartered Bank as a case study to analyze the organizational culture of merger cases by way of in-depth interviews, and changes in the organizational structure of the post-merger discussed, and against financial environmental evolution and innovation capability of enterprises to research , which developed an important context, and finally the conclusions and recommendations, the Institute obtained the following conclusions:

    1. Organizational culture is necessary to reach a consensus on the integration of organizational values, management forms of adjustments, goodwill-cum-image of the creation, the perfect integration planning, with sufficient staff and ongoing communication is very important. Standard Chartered Bank, although the organization through the integration of culture into the ground by the international, but the integration of labor consultation period, due to poor communication also caused elongated run-in period.
    2. As the environment changes, drive financial industry to science and technology, and the government has promote "encouraging financial innovation and business diversification" push Taiwan into a regional financial service center, show the importance of business model innovation to banks , main for "financial" , "Information and Communication Technology" for the use of, the use of these technologies to the financial sector in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
