    Abstract: Tourism industry is a service-based business, it can be said that the man-power of the tourism industry is the most important assets. This study will focus on the tourism industry employees’ career developing, job satisfaction and the turnover intention, and thereby summed companies should have a specific strat-egy to attract and retain employees to maintain or reduce the turnover rate.
    This study was conducted by way of questionnaire survey and the survey subjects were of Tourism Industry Employees. The research subjects were sur-veyed by way of purposively sampling in Tourism Exhibition in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. 350 samples were returned with 324 valid samples. SPSS18 and Amos18 were used to perform statistical analyses. The analysis methods included descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, in-dependent sample t test, MANOVA, and structural equation modeling. The re-search results showed that Tourism Industry Employees Career Developing has a significant positive impact on Job Satisfaction. Tourism Industry Employees Job Satisfaction has a significant Negative effect on Turnover Intention. Tourism Industry Employees Career Developing has a significant Negative effect on Turnover Intention. Tourism Industry Employees Job Satisfaction has a partial mediation on Career Developing and Turnover Intention. The results of this study may provide the tourism industry as a reference that they might reduce turnover intention by means of improving employees’ job satisfactions, meeting demands of career developing.
