    Abstract: 本研究為運用Kano二維品質模式分析及歸類消費者對台中市霧峰農會酒莊之服務品質。接著,以「顧客滿意係數」評估並確認關鍵服務品質要素。本研究結果顯示,在28題服務品質題項中,有10項是關鍵消費者服務品質屬性,同時這些服務品質是屬於「魅力品質」。本研究結果將可供台中霧峰農會酒莊業者或其他相關業者做為改善及提升服務品質的參考依據。
