    Students' achievements in school are mostly recorded by pen and paper, but, to the teachers, records by pen and paper are just some figures; for parents, they can only see the single score on top of the issued exam paper every time. Therefore, unless parents record previous results, it is impossible through these single achievement to see the overall student achievement and learning to compare and understand. In order to effectively manage a classroom of students’ achievement, facilitate teachers to understand students' learning and understanding of subjects that students are good at, which can be used as the reference to remedy teaching or deepen learning depth.In this study, cloud technology combined with database is used to design a performance management system suitable for teachers to use so that every student achievement can be completed immediately and recorded with relevant information; the data in the future can also be stored through the database, which can provide the query and analyze and use statistics according to students, subjects or tests; furthermore through interactive web design, teachers can more quickly enter, update and query the students in grades, which can be used for adjustment based teaching strategies or remedial education; parents can also use the system anytime to browse their child's academic performance in school situations; the school dean group can complete quickly and accurately the class children's performance statistics information to facilitate school record and compile lists of student achievement to improve administrative efficiency.It may also use the information available for comparison analysis through the database system to obtain information, which is used to explore correlation between the relevance of the child's academic performance and external factors as a reference of communication between teachers and students.
