In this study, systematic construction was based on four hundred pieces of fire
cases of Taichung Shimizu Shimizu District jurisdiction as the study sample. We obtained the following conclusions:
    (1) In the event of problems encountered based on the average number of relief personnel, wooden building is highest; according to the average number of rescue
hours, the northeast monsoon causes fire spread most.
    (2) In the fire category based on average number of relief personnel, factory fires are highest; according to the average rescue hours, mountain fires are the most.
    (3) In the time section based on the average number of rescue personnel, 12:00 to 15:00 is the most section.
    (4) In the month according to the average number of hours to rescue, March is the most..
    (5) In term of fire types to distinguish, weed fires are the most, next are, next are waste fires, and followed by residential fires; fire cases are concentrated from the October to next March interval, where January fire cases are the highest.
    (6) For factory fire rescue, average number of vehicles is 8.6; the average number of rescue personnel is 27.4; the average number of rescue hours is 2.2. For residential fire rescue, average number of rescue vehicles is 7.4; the average number of relief personnel is 19.57; the average number of rescue hours is 1.46.
