Lilang tribe is located in Heping District, Taichung City, which is on the point of 26 kilometers of Central Cross-Island Highway, an Atayal tribe. The study was focus on the potential development evaluation analysis on Lilang tribe. The results were served as a future planning reference for the public sector, which hope to put local resources into good uses and to meet tourists’ needs into a customer-oriented business management.
SWOT analysis was used to analyze the tourist resources in Lilang tribe. The results have shown that shops, restaurants, hostel authentication and local activities combines with aboriginal culture elements can create a great tourist value for Lilang tribe.
