摘要:	Taiwan's rapid economic development over the past five years of age, in the heyday of the footwear industry, shoe industry had relied on to earn hundreds of millions to billions of dollars each year in foreign exchange, total footwear exports reached the maximum number of eight hundred four thousand ten thousand pairs; this study by using AHP Department hopes to explore the footwear industry in its assessment when the supplier selection criteria, and it is important to be sort order; findings footwear suppliers selected from six levels to key indicators look, the importance, is 1.quality, 2. cost, 3. delivery, 4. innovation, 5. organization, 6. services. Quality found in the selection, the importance of reliable quality sequentially to 1. 2 job control, quality improvement capability 3, 4. production equipment and capacity.
