    Title: The Study on the Implication of Exploration Education to Enhance Administrative Leadership of the Soldiers in Short-term Education Military Service

    Abstract: The aim of the study uses “Exploration Edcation Curricular Courses”as experimental materials to research on how to enhance the leadership of the edducational-service administrative members. The testees of the experiment include 20 edducation-service administrative members from Miao-li county and Nantou county among whom ten members from Nantou county join the four-day exploration edcation curricular courses, and the other ten unexperimented members from Miao-li county have to accept “Teamwork Test Sheet” designed by Wu Xiu Bi and Xu Yu Guang to gather information before & after the test so that the information can be analyzed through T-Test and common variants. Furtherly, with the supplement of the feedback and the interviewing information, the experimental
    results can be achieved.
    The following are the experimental results:
    1. Exploration education curricular courses are suitable for the carrier training of the Soldiers in Short-term education military service.
    2. Exploration education curricular courses will be able to enhance administrative leadership of the soldiers in Short-term education military service.
    3. The members joining “Teamwork Test Sheet” seem to achieve a lot in changing and motion abilities, promoting teamwork, intesifying team power, guidance and improvement abilities, deepening individual ablities, the abilities of breaking through the barriers, the abilities of ending and streghthening changes.
    Finally, the researcher will discuss the researching findings and bring out the suggestions as
    as references for the future study and instruction
