    Title: 建構供應鏈體系知識資源以發展製造創新能力—運用知識管理方法

    Abstract: 二十一世紀為知識爆炸的年代,在這知識大量生產的時代中,企業應該善用知識管理方法以從事產品創新,並將其成果予以商品化,使之產生經濟價值。但小家電產業在產品創新上往往成本提高,其消費者不見得願意承擔此附加之成本,且以代工製造為基礎,故難以從產品創新去追求差異化。因此在資源有限之情況下,小家電產業多數採取製造創新。然而,如何透過知識管理方法有效進行企業的製造創新,也是小家電產業提升競爭力時所關切的重要課題。因此本計畫運用知識管理方法建構供應鏈體系知識資源,並經由知識管理系統運用以提升製造創新能力。其知識管理方法的運用包括有建構供應鏈體系知識資源、建立知識分類流程、建立小家電產業的知識地圖、盤點合作企業的現有知識、發展製造創新能力等程序。研究結果得知小家電產業(例如:飲水機)之供應鏈體系知識資源,其第一層知識資源包括有殺菌知識、過濾知識、產品類別知識、環保知識、品質與測試知識,而第二層以下的知識資源在內文中說明。透過知識管理系統運用能協助員工從大量的組織內外部知識中探勘出潛在的知識,並可在複雜製造創新中透過有系統的處理得到適合的答案。

    The twenty-first century will be the era of the knowledge economy. A business should apply knowledge management to develop product innovation and commercialize the outcome for economic value. Due to the fact that most small electrical appliances industry enhance cost and don’’t accept for consumer, therefore at initial stage, it is very difficult to pursue differentiation from product innovation. However rare studies pay attention to a more integrated framework of how knowledge can be effectively practiced and integrated. How to promote knowledge innovation and to develop new product through knowledge management is one of the most important subjects. Therefore, we purpose to offer an integrated framework of knowledge management upon manufacture innovation to help firm meet time pressure and increase effectiveness, Particularly in those economic entities that are short of industrial experts who response of knowledge management. A successful management system that brings benefits of human resources saving includes confirm of knowledge acquirement, build process flow for knowledge category, build knowledge map for hand tool industry, store of business knowledge, and develop capability of product innovation. The KMS applications include “Build up supply chain information center” ”Knowledge classification process flow” “ CE knowledge guide” “Business alliance knowledge integration” “Develop manufacture innovation capability” process etc., We got the supply chain knowledge resource of CE (ex. Drinking fountain) via our research result. The first level knowledge source includes “Sterilization”、”Filter“、”Product category”、”Environment protection”、 ”quality and inspection”. The second level knowledge is described in the content. We can assist our employees to investigate the potential knowledge via KMS from organization “internal” or “external”. We can easily to get proper solution via systematic procedure from the complicated manufacture innovation.
