    Abstract: Development of Taiwan's hotel industry has gradually tends to mature and become innovative services industry. This study focuses on the overall environmental architecture Tainan hotel industry in the background changes, competition in the industry to explore space through qualitative research, find out how to combine management theory and practice management, investment planning body confirms the enterprise business direction, get in line local characteristics of strategy, as the study of the industry in the future blueprint. But the oldest - traditional industries of the hotel industry, this study hopes Tainan hotel industry, able to present research and analysis methods, according to local conditions to find the best positioning strategy, to achieve the mission of traditional service, with the central government to promote the tourism and leisure industry upgrade, to create a more accurate operational efficiency.
