Abstract: | This study aims to investigate the relationship between the training

confidence. However, the innate problems come with disabilities, such as
defects, low education level, learned helplessness, make disabilities
having challenges to acquire a job. Accordingly, understanding how to
provide an appropriate and satisfactory vocational training is a great and
practical issue. This is the motivation of this study. This study uses a

consist of the majority of the sample. 2. In terms of demographic data and
training satisfaction: males are more satisfied than females. People who
age at 15-24 are more satisfied than age at 45-54 than 35-44. People who

graduates are more satisfied than other groups. 3. In terms of training
method and training satisfaction: short-term training is more satisfied.
The third training is more satisfied. Training period between 300 and 449
