    摘要: Recently, researchers have been paying more attention on the issue of ''emotion'' in organizations. Not only emotion influences employees' performance and quality, it also offers important meaning of work. Emotion plays a decisive role in a team. The emotions of team leaders have essential influence on team performance. However, few studies discuss the impact of the emotional charge of the emotional leading behavior on employee job performance. This study attempted to explore the impact of emotional leading behavior and work emotion of employee on job performance and team performance. This study asks whether the group cohesion of work will occur the moderator effect of emotional leading behavior and group affective tone. Data contains 64 teams (64manager and 256 employees) in Taiwanese insurance firms. Regression analysis indicates: (a) emotional leading behavior have a positive impacts on work emotion of employee. (b) work emotion have positive impact on job performance and team performance. (c) group cohesiveness is some positive moderate the relation between the emotional leading behavior and group affective tone. Contributions and limitations of research are discussed, and suggestions are provided for future studies and managerial practices.
