Recently, the safe and natrual organic food plays an important part in our daily life because of the enviromental awareness and sensitivity. This study aims to find out the significant influences on green cognition and perceived risk in organic food purchase intentions. In this study, two hundred and ten questionnaires were sent to junior high school teachers in central area with the way of convenience sampling. The valid recovery rate is 95%. The data is analyzed with descriptive statistics, scales of reliability and validity, regression analysis, fs/QCA analysis among five factors of the enviromental sensitivity, health belief, organic food cognition, green consumption attitude and perceived risk. Besides, in order to analyze the sufficient conditions in organic food purchase intentions, the study examines the relationships among five factors with fs/QCA software. The results indicate that the green cognition has significant influences on junior high school teachers’ purchase intentions. The influence on perceived risk in purchase intentions is not significant. There are four combination solutions among five factors toward purchase intentions. Furthermore, the organic food cognition is the most significant factor of all both in the analysis of liner regression and fs/QCA. Therefore, the school can start with the research and study of relative lessons about environmental eduation in order to consolidate junior high school teachers’ green cognition.
