courses, and the purpose of the courses is to make students develop the
community service attitude and social responsibility. This study is
designed to investigate the teaching-and-learning results that domestic
college students who have assigned to teach junior high school students.
Through the teaching-and-learning process, we try to discuss the service
quality of college students attending the service learning class based on
the two dimensions “importance” and “satisfaction” from the high school
students’ views. The purpose of the study is mainly to realize the gaps
between what the college students teach and what senior high school
students hope to learn. Through the results, we can not only improve
teaching methods to meet the needs of students but also enhance the high
