Through the teaching-and-learning process, we try to discuss the service
quality of college students attending the service learning class based on
the two dimensions “importance” and “satisfaction” from the high school
students’ views. The purpose of the study is mainly to realize the gaps

teaching methods to meet the needs of students but also enhance the high
