摘要:	Recently reorganization of government is an important issue right now. The government can not be response immediately to inspection business, because of staffing limitations. Inspection service with public authority to perform is not entirely by the private institutions to implement. Administra-tive incorporations for testing laboratory of the government can be regarded as an appropriate way. This study investigate the strategy of administrative incorporations for testing laboratory of the government. Study by situation analysis, literature review, case comparison, expert interview. Strategy including of government and testing laboratory has the same target, has the view to future, involved actively in the elaboration of the laws and regulations, "Administrative compose Corporation to promote group", release personnel and accounting regulatory, support of administra-tion, solidarity of government, stay professional and Improve operational performance, maintain communication channels with the authority.
