    Abstract: The Study aims to explore the relationship between service quality,customer satisfaction and loyalty. The selected population was the customers of the swimming pool in Shalu District, Great Taichung City.Sampling was conducted through random selection. 218 questionnaireswere received out of 270.The results were shown as follows.
    1.There is a significant difference between service quality, customersatisfaction and loyalty provided by the company among the swimmingpool-users in terms of their background factors.
    2.There is a significant difference between service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty provided by the company among the swimmingpool-users in terms of some of their background factors.
    3.There is a positive correlation between service quality, customersatisfaction and loyalty.
