摘要:	Military education instructors work in a very busy atmosphere every day. Besides facing the pressure from school, they receive orders from the top as well as face all kinds of unexpected situations or problems from students. These all consider pressure points for military education instructors. Under a variety of pressure, improving self-knowledge and engaging in self-defense education are the focus for this research. The sample of this study is military education instructors in New Taipei City. Questionnaires were distributed for analysis. The questionnaire included 4 parts: background information, knowledge sharing, professional development, and co-opetition relationship. After the analysis, it was found that: 1.Knowledge sharing and work efficacy of military education instructors mostly put its attention on the chief instructors and major military instructor 2.Senior instructors have more patients on assisting students.
