    Abstract: As international environmental awareness , consumers demand more green products , so many companies have invested in green-related production, design and marketing, with the global green trend . The purpose of this study is to investigate how the domestic appliance industry by enhancing the quality of green products , green create a good brand image, increase green customer satisfaction , customer loyalty and then get green . In this study, appliance user northern, central and southern regions of Taiwan , with paper questionnaires , a total of 350 questionnaires , 306 valid questionnaires were recovered through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, regression analysis and other analytical methods to explain the structure and the establishment of evaluation.
    Conclusions are as follows : 1.green products have a significant positive impact on the quality of the green brand image. 2.green products have a significant positive impact on the quality of the green customer satisfaction. 3. green products have a significant positive impact on the quality of the green customer loyalty. 4. green brand image has a significant positive impact on the green customer satisfaction. 5. green satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the green customer loyalty.
