As time goes by, the eating habits change a lot and the western food are very popular with high school students. There are many food safety problems around our society. Therefore, the catering service business should think more about teachers and student’ health and nutrition to give them better service instead of providing students the mosst delicious food. The way of meals in this high school is outsourcing catering service. The study aims to find out the influential factors of outsourcing catering service satisfications between the service quality and the product quality.
In this study, the object is high school students with the way of convenience sampling. The result can be analyzed through the analysis of liner regression. Besides, in order to analyze the sufficient conditions in outsourcing catering service satisfications, the study examines the relationships among nine factors with fs/QCA software.
The result shows that the product quality of cooking skills, added value and clean sanitation has significant influences on outsourcing catering service satisfications in the analysis of liner regression. Furthermore, there are nine combination solutions toward students’ outsourcing catering service satisfications through the analysis of fs/QCA. First, the quantity and nutrition of the dish result in high satisfications. Second, the quantity and difference of the dish result in high satisfications. Third, the quality of service personnel and cooking skills also result in high satisfications.
