    Title: 護理人員生涯承諾、出勤誘因對勉強出勤行為與工作滿足之影響

    Abstract: 本研究目的在探討護理工作者面對生涯承諾、出勤誘因對於勉強出勤與工作滿足之影響,並探討勉強出勤是否存在中介作用。本研究以臨床護理人員為研究對象,共計發放884份問卷,回收有效問卷數771份,有效回卷率為87%。研究結果顯示,護理工作者生涯承諾感越高對提高工作滿足有顯著作用,反之出勤誘因越多,會減少工作滿足感。再者,臨床護理人員勉強出勤次數越多,工作滿足越低。最後,勉強出勤在出勤誘因與工作滿足間具有中介效果。
