    Title: The Relationships between School Administration Service Quality and Job Satisfaction of Teachers

    Abstract: This study aims to understand the current status of C high school administration service quality and job satisfaction of teachers, and teachers to compare different background variables under school administration service quality and job satisfaction of teachers perceived differences in the situation and to explore relationships between the school administration service quality and teachers, job satisfaction.
    In this study, we choose qualified formal teachers from C high school and issued a total of 113 pieces and recovered 111 pieces. There were valid questionnaires 93 pieces and the questionnaire was 84% available. Information obtained in linear regression and fuzzy set/Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fs/QCA) was explored. The results of this study are as follows:
    1.In Linear regression analysis, we found the performance and programs teaching have a significant positive impact on overall job satisfaction.
    2.In fs/QCA analysis findings, school's overall performance is an important core condition to enable teachers with high job satisfaction.
    3.Fs/QCA and linear regression analysis result both show that the performance is the important factor toward job satisfaction.
    Finally, based on my findings, I would like to give some recommends to C high school and the future research.
