    Abstract: Global energy crunch and volatile ups and downs of oil prices, with the liberalization of the environment, international and service quality became one of the topics most companies. This study explores the key indicators of service quality for oil companies by using the AHP. The results that oil companies from of the quality of service perspective, the importance of are assurance, considerate, responsiveness, tangible, reliability. The study results show that its downstream manufacturers is the most important assurance, kindness and ability to service providers, is sufficient to obtain customer trust and confidence. In the selection to ensure quality of service discovery, the importance of order, is 1 can feel their professionalism, 2 images goodwill trustworthy, 3 ease satisfied with the service, 4. cordial courtesy service. This result is due to the oil companies of many items of products, oil companies often require staff to assist in providing relevant professional knowledge and ability.
