    Abstract: 臺灣茶葉產區與種類繁多，擁有經濟價值及觀光利益，本研究收集國內外酒莊發展的相關文獻，作為臺灣發展茶莊園的基礎，利用AHP分析產、官、學問卷之結果，擬定臺灣茶莊園經營方向。
    根據總體評估指標權重， 影響臺灣發展茶莊園之關鍵因素有：總體環境「結合當地風格文化」、競爭形勢「經營與行銷策略」、「同產業競爭者」、「財務規劃能力」、政府角色與法規「中央與地方帶動及推廣」、「委託學術界研究及輔導」等六個關鍵因素。
