    Abstract: 本文運用混沌理論(Chaos Theory)批判我國教師法之立法與實施。筆者嘗試藉從混沌理論之主張及特色的探索,推演其在教育法規運作上可能產生之現象與限制,冀從深刻的理論與實務交叉穿鑿比對剖析後,獲致有益於改進當前教育法規制訂過程及實施的啟示。

    The purpose of the study was to explore and criticize the legislation process and as implementation of the Law of Teachers in T4wan based upon Chaos Theory. We started from examining the main postulations and exploring as characteristics of Chaos Theory, and proceeded with theoretical and practical research as a further verification. Findings and implications that are useful for the improvements of setting and/or revisions on educational laws were presented.
