    Abstract: 矮種蓖麻可用於製造生質柴油,也可以改善空氣質量和抑制全球暖化。矮種蓖麻一年收成三次,且具有耐乾旱、抗病蟲害及不需大量人工照護的特性。矮種蓖麻可機械採收,因此能大量栽培降低種植成本,是全世界目前為止唯一可利用機械採收的陸生產生質油作物。本研究將蓖麻油經化學轉酯化,將原蓖麻油與生質柴油經由紅外線光譜儀做轉酯化的特殊官能基分析比較,得知本研究的化學轉酯化方法,可成功將蓖麻油轉化成生質柴油。另外,本研究運用微差掃描量熱卡儀(Differential Scanning Calorimerter, DSC)量測其吸、放熱溫度,同時也將蓖麻生質柴油與高級柴油進行不同混合比例分析。此外,也使用氧彈卡儀及動黏度計進行不同混合比例油品量測比較,得到B20燃燒熱值43.44 MJ/kg,動黏度4.44 mm2/s,為蓖麻生質柴油混合高級柴油的最適化比例。
