摘要:	Emergency medical aid system mainly covers two categories, the first category of the health care system within the hospital ambulance, and the other was outside the hospital emergency care system, the operating system of the goodness you with a variety of disaster contingency measures to guarantee the maintenance of the safety and health of the people. However, Seoul will be to pre-hospital emergency medical care in our work to deliver fire brigade executed, so that the fire department is busy daily rush rescue cases resulting stress on firefighters consumption. This study aims to understand the case at the time of emergency ambulance and environmental factors attendance for firefighters rescue cases of traffic accidents due to the amount of influence. This study, the number of ambulance attendance statistics of the way, please Tali, Taichung City Government Fire Department units 103 times the annual aid statistics, the number of total attendance of 1647, in which the number of traffic accidents accounted for 874, up 53%.
