    Abstract: Of the pre-hospital emergency care to the health care system is mainly done by the fire the first time the disposal unit. Respiratory emergency ambulance disposal site prior preparation and disposal is smooth. In each case an emergency rescue success is the most important part. This will be more than ten years I have engaged in the fire of practical experience. Fire research unit for emergency ambulance attendance types of cases to explore all issues affecting factor research. This study aims to understand the case at the time of emergency ambulance and environmental factors attendance for firefighters rescue cases affect the amount of breathing problems.

    The research department in Taichung City Fire Department emergency medical squad Osato number 103 in the whole year of attendance statistics. Attendance total of 1647 times the number of. Which accounted for 74 times because of breathing problems. Up to 4.5%. A time factor and environmental factors as a comparison. Where the time factor included four seasons, months, solar terms, week, holiday, working hours. Environmental factors temperature was fine suspended particles PM2.5, aerosols PM10.0, ozone O3, outdoor ultraviolet UVB. According to the above types of factors whether it will make emergency aid case study because of respiratory problems increase attendance.

    After statistics to analyze the SPSS statistical software. Get the following conclusion: time and environmental factors will affect the case of emergency ambulance because of breathing problems and whether there is correlation between attendance.
