    Abstract: This study aimed to understand the situation about social support, participation motivation and organizational commitment of the Chongzheng Foundation volunteers. In the collection of data and analysis, I choose the method questionnaire mainly. The subjects of the survey are Chongzheng volunteers, totally issued 354 questionnaires, 316 copies receives, and 305 copies of questionnaires effective. The result of the study are as follows:
    1. The participation in social support of Chongzheng volunteers has a significantand positive effect on motivation.
    2. The degree of social support to Chongzheng volunteers has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment.
    3. The extent of their participation motivation to Chongzheng volunteers has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment.
    4. Then partial mediating effects exist between social support and organizational commitment, which means social support enhance organizational commitment through participation motivation.
