Abstract: | In recent years, due to the improvement of living standards, the implementation of two-day weekend leisure activities of the government, the development of transport and outdoor goods, people would like to improve their physical and mental health and relieve their pressure of work by participating leisure activities, to go outdoors to the natural environment and to live in a LOHAS style has become trendy, therefore, family camping activities are gradually increasing. In this research, the setting attributes include four dimentions: physical setting attributes, social setting attributes, managerial setting attributes, activity facilities setting attributes. Using the satisfaction of setting attributes and place attachment of family camping activities to investigate the relationship of course and effect, according to the importance and satisfaction of setting attributes, to generalize the recreationists needs and preferences of the family camping activities. The research results could provide the reference for the government management and business managers.
Through relevant articles to establish the conceptual framwork of this research, the objects of this research are who have participated the family camping activities, to comprehend the influence factors of the family camping activities and the preference activities of family camping members. Using both questionnaires on internet and camping site to investigate, 251 questionnaires are distributed, 238 valid ones are obtained, the validity rate is 94.82%. Applying descripitive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis to explore the causality between the satisfaction of family camping setting attributes and place attachment. The research results have shown that when the campsites are different, the satisfaction of place attachment of the family camping recreationists is significant different, but the satisfaction of place attachment is not, the satisfaction of setting attributes are positively related to the place dependence and place identity, and place dependence is positively related to the place identity.
The top three important items of the family camping setting attributes in central area of Taiwan are : convenient and clean toilets, easy to use bathroom with hot water , with water and electricity supply. The top three items of satisfaction are: fresh air, water and electricity supply easily, the parking spaces just by the tents. Overall, the participators regard the activity facilities of setting attribute most. The satisfaction of the physical setting attribute is the highest. |
