    Title: 本國銀行設立海外據點與經營績效關係之研究

    Abstract: 本研究檢視本國銀行設立海外分支機構與經營績效之關係，以四十五家本國銀行為實證對象，使用其財務報表資料，根據過去相關研究之結果與觀念建立研究假設，以T檢定、無母數檢定及共變量分析等方法進行檢定，經營績效指標包括成長性、資金運用效率、管理能力、資金來源及獲利性。研究結果顯示，本國銀行有設立海外據點則管理能力和資金來源較佳，但資金運用效率較差；設立海外據點愈多，五個經營績效指標未必愈佳。因此，銀行設立海外據點宜重「質」非重「量」，且資金運用效率尚有加強之空間。
