    Abstract: Since the information transmit technology highly development in recent years, communication style of project design can be collaborative design by professional teams which across their field and specialty to design the project, that’s why the communication mode would reformed to CMC (Computer-Mediated Communication) to be the main mode.
    Now, project devleopment on integrate and design communicate, quickly and efficiency must be the priority purpose, in order to shorten the project schedule, and then make more highly project value. This research mainly discuss how to use The CMC-Based Design Communication mode into practice project, to make the project going influent, and get highly efficiency transmit quality in the information explore world.
    To build a design communication mode, we have to be in touch with real project development case to know the questions of communication, else everything would just like an armchair strategist. Therefore, to operate the software development, we have to co-operate the project design into practice, analyze and generalize the questions during the communicating, then discuss the reference from all about project design communication. In the end, create a CMC-Based Design Communication mode , called RDCS (River Design Communication System, RDCS).
    The center of RDCS frame is QADSO (Q & A Database System Online), combined the CMC software’s feature, to finished the CMC-Based Design Communication mode, then solve the communication demand and questions during project devleopment, eventually, analyze and review the system after make it into real project case.
